When I first came to PT I had quite a bit of back pain. The deep tissue massage seemed to help most to relieve the spasms and tightness. It did take about 4 sessions before it began to get better. Brandon then started with basic strength exercises, being careful to not make the condition return or get worse. He added more strengthening exercises as time went on. Now I feel 100% and I am quite grateful. The exercises will help keep my back strong and I should not have this problem in the future. It’s really a story about healing, strengthening, and maintenance for the future. Thank you, Brandon!
